January 2017: With the onset of the New Year, your friendly neighbourhood pub, The Irish Housegears up to bid adieu to the old and welcome the new. Starting this month, The Irish House will launch #TheIrishMenuMadness which is a carefully crafted menu to bring about a brand new and expansive range of specialty cocktails and delicious food options.
Talking about the new menu, Sanju Arora, General Manager, said, “We are really excited about the new menu. The range of new appetizers with innovations on flavours, techniques and presentation, along with the introduction of pizzas, grills, and warm bowls will ensure that all our patrons have balanced food options for lunch, evening drinks, and for dinner. The wider variety of beers and the specialty cocktails which have new sections of mules, beer cocktails, cocktail shooters along with an array of new top shelf signatures, are going to further elevate the weekend drinking experience for all our guests.”
While the menu continues to feature many of The Irish House favourites like the grande nachos, hummus platter, beer fondue, mac n cheese fries, chicken popcorn, cheeky grilled chicken, shroom melt, etc, its ample new additions bring an imaginative twist to classic dishes. Begin your feast with appetizers like smoked duck pita pockets, crispy sriracha rigatoni, beetroot & goat cheese sliders, hickory bbq wings, baked anglo-irish fish fillets, amongst others. If you’re in the mood to share, definitely get the new sourdough fondue bowl (sourdough bread bowl filled with cheese sauce, served with grilled chicken, chicken sausages, and veggies). Other new additions include dog in pot (mini hot dogs in a spicy cheese sauce), twisted cubano (a loaded meaty sandwich with spicy pulled pork, hickory bbq glazed chicken & ghost pepper smoked chicken), smoked meat spaghetti (a twist on the classic spaghetti carbonara).
The brand new section of ‘off the grills’ is not to be missed out by all those looking for a healthy yet delicious meal with all the binge drinking. This carefully curated section features peri peri cottage cheese bowl (with cous cous and pepper grilled mushrooms), Moroccan lamb bowl(with cracked wheat and honey glazed carrots), grilled sriracha chicken bowl (with apple cider rice and chargrilled broccoli), ghost pepper smoked chicken salad, sriracha veggie skewers, amongst other dishes. Pizza lovers can finally rejoice with the introduction of pizzas as they enjoy a cheesy slice with chilled beers - pick from sriracha chicken pizza, spicy sweet corn pizza, classic three cheese pizza, or seasoned turkey ham pizza.

The Irish Signatures features new creations like Caramel Bourbon (bourbon, drambuie, martini rosso, caramel), Spiced Rusty Nail (whisky, drambuie, cranberry infused tea, cinnamon), Citric Spinner (vodka, apple infused tea, topped with orange zest & kaffir lime smoke), and Smoked Wisdom (whisky, cranberry infused tea, topped with rosemary smoke).
