U Me Aur Ghar, India's first web-based feature film by Web Talkies releases a lilting video song, Tu Hi Tha

 Sung by Nishant Pandey, the soul stirring song is written and composed by lyricist -composer brothers Nishant and Raja
Mumbai, February 1, 2017Love is but a beautiful myriad of emotions. Expressing this wide spectrum of every thing the heart feels with a soulful rendition, Web Talkies, the fastest growing digital home entertainment brand in the country has released its video song Tu Hi Tha from India’s first web-based feature film, U Me Aur Ghar. Composed by Nishant and Raja the soul-stirring number is crooned by Nishantfor which the lyrics have been penned by Nishant and Raja. The song speaks of the emotional confusion, people go through while experiencing heartbreak or separation from the love of their life.
The video shows heartbroken Mittu (Omkar Kapoor), recording the song Tu Hi Tha post breakup with his girlfriend Chitti (Simrankaur Mundi). This song, then turns him into a digital sensation. Tu Hi Tha is a melodious and rhythmic composition about a lover sharing his emotions of love and pain with the world. The guitar strumming in the song also compliments singer Nishant’s voice and resonates with the mood of the film.
Commenting on his debut as a singer and composer in a web-based feature film,Nishant says, “This is for the first time that I am donning multiple hats for a single project. The film captures the pain of heartbreak and I had to create music that reveals the sorrow of a breakup. The lyrics convey the bittersweet pang of nostalgia after letting someone close to your heart go. I believe I have done justice to the song and the music will surely strike a chord in everyone’s heart.”
Nishant's musical journey began in childhood along with his brother, Raja. The duo, who hail from Madhya Pradesh, have worked for musician Raju Singh in over 20 films, including Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, Murder 3, Humari Adhoori Kahani, Tum Mile, Yaarian, etc. Some recent projects on which Nishant has been working on as a background music director are, Beyhadh on Sony TV, Devanshi on Colors, Zindagi Ki Mehek on Zee TV, Ek Rishta Sajhedari Ka on Sony TV, Mann Mein Vishwas Hai on Sony TV,Bhakton Ki Bhakti Mein Shakti on Life Ok and an upcoming serial, Nastik on Star Plus.

Web Talkies is on the verge of creating entertainment history by launching India’s first web-based feature film U Me Aur Ghar. The film revolves around a couple who is looking to buy a house in Mumbai.
