64 व्या राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कारांची घोषणा शुक्रवारी झाली. ज्यामध्ये प्रियंका चोप्राच्या व्हेंटिलेटर चित्रपटाला मानाचे तीन पुरस्कार मिळाले. प्रियंका चोप्राच्या पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स व्दारा निर्मित, आणि राजेश मापुस्कर दिग्दर्शित व्हेटिलेटर सिनेमाला प्रियंका चोप्रा आणि डॉ. मधु चोप्रा ह्यांनी निर्माण केलं आहे.
गेल्या वर्षी नोव्हेंबर मध्ये रिलीज झालेल्या ह्या कौटुंबिक मनोरंजक चित्रपटाला प्रेक्षकांचा भरभरून प्रतिसाद मिळाला. राष्ट्रीय फिल्म पुरस्कारांमध्ये राजेश मापुस्कर ह्यांना सर्वश्रेष्ठ दिग्दर्शकाचा, रामेश्वर भगत ह्यांना सर्वश्रेष्ठ संकलनाचा आणि आलोक डे ह्यांना साउंड मिक्सिंगचा पुरस्कार मिळाला.
कौटुंबिक मनोरंजक चित्रपट व्हेंटिलेटरमध्ये आशुतोष गोवारीकर आणि बमन इरानींसह मराठी सिने आणि नाट्यसृष्टीतल्या अनेक मान्यवरांनी काम केलं आहे. कौटुंबिक मूल्ये, प्रथा, परंपरा आणि नातेसंबंध ह्यावर व्हेंटिलेटर सिनेमाने प्रकाशझोत टाकला होता. सिनेमाचं रसिकांनी भरभरून कौतुक होते.

राजेश मापुस्कर प्रतिक्रिया देतात, “मी नि:शब्द झालोय. माझ्या पहिल्या-वहिल्या मराठी चित्रपटासाठी मला राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिळाला. हे माझ्यासाठी एक स्वप्न सत्यात उतरण्यासारखं आहे. मी संपूर्ण व्हेंटिलेटरच्या टिमचे आणि खासकरून प्रियंका चोप्रा आणि डॉ.मधु चोप्रा ह्यांचे आभार व्यक्त करतो. डॉ. मधु चोप्रा आणि प्रियंका चोप्रा ह्यांनी माझ्यावर विश्वास ठेवला. व्हेंटिलेटर चित्रपटावर आज पुरस्कारांची बरसात होतेय. आणि राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कारापेक्षा अधिक मी काय मागू शकतो.”
