DRAKE’S ‘MORE LIFE’ HAS COLLECTED OVER 1 BILLION STREAMS

Drake’s More Life has once again hit another milestone. The massively popular playlist, which has topped the Billboard 200 for three weeks straight, has already surpassed one billion streams, according to Billboard.
The set which was released on March 18th has gained staggering numbers across the board. Drake recently became the first ever artist to hit 10 Billion Streams on Spotify and how his recent playlist has joined into the record books once again.  Ed Sheeran’s newest album Divide ÷ gained 599 million streams of its songs, Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic has reached 470 million streams.
Released last month, More Life opened with major figures and went on to top the charts and helped Drake shatter streaming records. According to Billboard, The set’s 22 tracks have now generated more than 1 billion on-demand audio streams in the U.S.: 1.07 billion through the week. The latest tracking week pushed it past the billion threshold, as it collected another 167 million streams in the frame.
However, huge numbers in streaming is something Drake is certainly familiar with. His previous album, ‘Views’ holds the records as the album with the highest number of on-demand audio streams for its tracks: 3.48 billion to-date.
