Remo D'Souza along with his protegee Dharmesh made an appearance on the BBC Worldwide produced show, 2 MAD and captured hearts by grooving to the tune of badtameez dil with the contestants. His appearance on the show coincided with his birthday and saw contestants and the judges Amruta Khanvilkar, Marathi film director and cinematographer Sanjay Jadhav and choreographer Umesh Jaadhav and host Amey Wagh celebrate his birthday with great fanfare. He later unveiled the winner's trophy.
