Barbeque Nation will serve guests aromatic dhaniya and paya shorba to tantalize the taste buds with a varied range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers. Vegetarians can enjoy Paneer Peshawari - cubes of paneer cooked in a lip-smacking cashew-onion gravy and finished with cream, Cajun Spice Potato- a Barbeque Nation signature dish and zesty Peanut Seekh Kebabs. Non-vegetarians can savour Tandoori Tangdi - marinated tender cooked chicken drumsticks roasted in a moderately hot charcoal fired tandoor, Bhuna Seekh Kebab and Cinlantro Fish Tikka- soft and succulent fish marinated with cilantro herbs and spices.
The main course will comprise of dishes like Mutton Khichda - tender mutton pieces cooked in simmering lentils, Chicken Angara - smoky and aromatic chicken pieces cooked on charcoal and Gosht Nihari - slow cooked meat sprinkled with rose water.
To further enhance the feel of Ramadan festivities, Barbeque Nation’s got live counters, which will serve Shammi Kebab and Chicken Kheema Pao.
For this festival, Barbeque Nation has added three new flavours to its Kulfi counter – Date Kulfi, Motichoor ki Kulfi and Oreo kulfi.
For people with a sweet tooth, Barbeque Nation will offer Muzzaffer, Sheer Korma, Fruit Custard, Angoori Gulab Jamun, Phirnee and Ice Cream.
