The widely recognized Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) which is a part of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has awarded the Company a total of 48 points under the IGBC Green Homes Rating Programme.The report is determined by the following categories that include site selection and planning, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials, indoor environmental quality, and innovation and design process as defined by IGBC.Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Shabbir Kanchwala, Senior Vice President, K Raheja Corp, said “Green projects form the foundation of a clean environment and encourage healthy spaces.
