The Soccer Academy down Mumbai Strikers
Mumbai: The Soccer Academy (TSA) scored a close 3-2 win against Mumbai Strikers in a well-contested boys’ under-12 league match of the WIFA - Mumbai City Development Centre Baby League, for football academies, and played IIT ground, Powai. Strikers Dhanyal Gabajiw, Archit Gautam and Shlok Kulkarni, all scored a goal each for TSA, while Anish Joshi netted both the goals for Mumbai Strikers.
In another match, Harsh Kadam’s double strikes enabled Play On Soccer Club overcome The Football Academy (TFA) by a narrow 2-1 margin. Nathan Baretto scored the lone goal for the losers.
In the third match, Community FCI riding on Tanish Gada’s hat-trick tamed Sunday Boys FC 4-1. Anirudh Shinde scored the fourth goal for FCI while Sunday Boys got both their goals through Harsh Pandey.
