They may be retired but definitely not tired. Retired employees of Akashvani Pune proved it on 31st January. Senior retired Announcer, Shri Prakash Savarkar (74 years) was beaming in his Puneri Pagadi, when he anchored the Akashvani Pune Parivar Cleanliness Event at Patil Estate Slums on 31.01.2019. Other retired members including Mukund Zarekar, Krishna Thombare joined in.

Among serving employees, the lead role was taken by our Multi Task Force Staff (MTS), led by Shri Nivrutti Borate, who acted as Sant Gadage Maharaj, the messenger of cleanliness and Shri Dyneshwar Bagade, who along with his group sang compositions to make public aware of cleanliness drive and it's advantages.

Akashvani Pune club executives S/Shri Ravindra Ranjekar, Kishore Khadkikar & Dilip Palde with active involvement of Shri Santosh Patange & support from Shri Ashish Bhatnagar & all staff meticulously planned and executed this event.

By taking the cleanliness drive out of office and among the common masses at Slums, Akashvani Pune again proved it's commitment of being a true Public Service organisation. Large number of female employees of Akashvani Pune proved that they are second to none.
