Recently held, the awards night saw who’s who of the Television industry come together on a single platform to honor excellence and dedication of the best talent within the fraternity.

Anupam Kher, who also headed the jury for the awards was a special guest at the award function. Commemorating the industry he said that the growth of Television in India has been exponential. He added, “Television is no longer an Idiot Box but a tool of empowerment. It helps to change the perspective of people.” Commenting on the vast reach of the medium, he added “Even movie stars flock to Television for the promotion of their movies – that is the power of Television in India.”
