AIR AKOLA was inagurated on 1st May 1992. It has completed 25 years on 1 st may 2017. During these glorious years, station has got following achivements.
1) Best maintained station (W/Z) FOR YEAR 2014.
2)Best installed project- 1989.
3)Best import substituton award.
4) Modification of cooling system of transmitter.
Programme wing also produced various programmes during silver jubilee year viz.
1) Novel reading -Changuna by E.P. Nadge (PEX), Tahan by Devidas Parkhi (PEX)
2) Interview with reknowned film personality by E. P. Nadge (PEX)
3) Rajbhasha puraskar- 2016
Admin wing also contributed their best possible by overcoming accute staff shortage. AIR AKOLA parivar contributed their best possible to achieve this glorious success.
