Your weekend plans just got better with Zee Tamizh announcing the World Television Premiere of Ivan Thanthiran – the action-packed comedy film that features Gautam Sunder and Shraddha Srinath in the lead roles and Chennai’s most favourite RJ, Balaji Patturaj. Written and directed by R Kannan, the movie is a perfect blend action, suspense and comedy. Giving the viewers a dose of entertainment before Diwali festivities kick off, Zee Tamizh presents the World Television Premiere of ‘Ivan Thanthiran’ on Sunday, 15th October at 4 PM.
Ivan Thanthiran is the story of two engineering college dropouts who sell assembled electronic goods for a living. As the story unfolds, the duo crosses paths with Education Minister Devaraj and later realizes that he is behind a bribe scam involving engineering colleges. The plot takes turn when a fellow student commits suicide after facing pressure to shell out more money for his college fees. With Gautham as Shakthi and RJ Balaji as Balaji himself, the duo set out to unravel the atrocities behind this scam. In the meantime, the love story between Shakthi and Asha, played by Shraddha Srinath will put a smile on your face.
Music Director SS Thaman has yet again, charmed his audience with his foot-tapping melodies.
