Inspired by the hon. prime minister Shri Narendra Modiji's tweet #sandesh2soldiers members of Akashvani Recreation Club Trivandrum, gifted 101 Radio sets, to our brave soldiers working at border, on 09/11/16 in a function held at All India Radio Trivandrum. Club members individually contributed 101 radio sets. Shri RC Gopal station Director all India radio Trivandrum, handed over the gift to Lt.colonel Shri Damodaran PP from pangodu military camp, Trivandrum.Smt Sushama vice president welcomed the gathering.CBS Station director Shri Vimalasenan nair also spoke on the occasion. Shri vijayan pulingat joint secretary delivered vote of Thanks .Huge gathering of club members witnessed the event.Good coverage was given by local news papers and doordarshan kendra Trivandrum.
