54 व्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवातील तांत्रिक पुरस्कार घोषित करण्यात आले आहेत. या महोत्सवातील प्राथमिक फेरी पार पडली असून या फेरीत तीन – तीन नामांकनांच्या शिफारसीबरोबर 7 तांत्रिक पुरस्कार आणि एक बालकलाकार अशी 8 पारितोषिकं घोषित करण्यात आली. या विजेत्यांमध्ये डॉक्टर रखमाबाईंची विजयी पताका फडकत असून या 7 पुरस्कारांपैकी तीन पुरस्करांवर डॉक्टर रखमाबाईंनी आपली नोंद केली आहे. या पुरस्कारांमध्ये सर्वोत्कृष्ट साऊंड, सर्वोत्कष्ट पोशाख आणि सर्वोत्कृष्ट कला दिग्दर्शन या तीन श्रेणींमध्ये डॉक्टर रखमाबाई चित्रपटाने मजल मारली आहे. त्याशिवाय सर्वोत्कृष्ट चित्रपटाबरोबरच सर्वोत्कृष्ट दिग्दर्शन, सर्वोत्कृष्ट अभिनेत्री, सर्वोत्कृष्ट पटकथा, सर्वोत्कृष्ट सहाय्यक अभिनेता या पाच श्रेणींमधील नामांकनं डॉक्टर रखमाबाईच्या पदरात पडली आहेत. महाराष्ट्र राज्य मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवाच्या अंतिम फेरीत हा निकाल जाहीर होणार आहे.
54 व्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवाच्या प्राथमिक फेरीत 1 जानेवारी ते 31 डिसेंबर 2016 या वर्षात सेन्सॉर संमत झालेल्या मराठी चित्रपटांपैकी 51 मराठी चित्रपटांच्या प्रवेशिका प्राथमिक फेरीत दाखल झाल्या होत्या. 14 तज्ञ परीक्षकांच्या परीक्षणात पार पडलेल्या प्रथम फेरीत डॉक्टर रखमाबाई चित्रपटाने तीन पुरस्कार आपल्या खात्यात दाखल केले असून इतर नामांकनं लाभलेल्या पुरस्कारांसाठी अंतिम फेरीच्या तज्ञ परीक्षक मंडळाकडून परीक्षण केले जाणार आहे.
या महोत्सवात अंतिम फेरीसाठी ‘डॉक्टर रखमाबाई’ बरोबरच ‘व्हेंटिलेटर’, ‘एक अलबेला’, ‘सायकल’, ‘बंदुक्या’, ‘कासव’, ‘दशक्रिया’, ‘टेक केअर गुड नाइट’,‘ओली की सुकी’, ‘कर्मवीरायण’ या 10 चित्रपटांचे उत्कृष्ट चित्रपटाच्या पारितोषिकांसाठी नामांकन झाले आहे. हा पुरस्कार सोहळा 30 एप्रिल 2017 ला मान्यवरांच्या उपस्थितीत पार पडणार आहे
