In this video Rajkummar Rao explains various scenarios that happen during the elections in four hilarious characterizations, in a way exhibiting the ridiculous situations thousands of presiding officers face during the polls. In our country we witness an inimitable flock of Indian voters such as Mr. Excuse - the guy who always has a rabbit hole of excuses to avoid voting, The Activist - the guy who preaches to everyone and anyone he meets on the streets about the significance of voting, The Conspiracy Theorist - the guy who thinks everything is rigged, planned according to a new world order and democracy is an illusion and The Celebrity Voter - the guy who makes sure that the entire world notices him when he votes and also makes sure to leave a note revolving around his own life.
