From a builder to a businessman, to a producer and now having his own cricket league. Few months back, Imtiaz had sponsored the Super Soccer Tournament alongside, supporting the idea of young boys, Irfan Khatri and Raunak Dafftary, that aims to be a tournament that will give talented soccer players in India a big platform to play on ahead.
This time, Producer and cricket enthusiast, Imtiaz Khatri has decided to take his love for the sport a level up. This October, he will roll out a new cricket league in the city called 'INK Cricket Blast' powered by Intex, that will flag off from 1st of October. This league is just not any normal league. The cricket league is for a Nobel cause that is for fighting cancer. “I am passionate about sports and fitness, and want to promote good talent in the field. The idea is to help maximum cancer patients,” says Khatri. Well this is such a good initiative by the INK team and we support you totally in this.
The cause is also supported by bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi where he will be seen having his own team for the game. They have also roped in actors Pooja Hegde, Aathiya Shetty, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Esha Gupta, Tiger Shroff, Sooraj Pancholi and many more who will lend their support for the initiative.
The INK Cricket Blast will take off on 1st October at the St. Andrews Turf in Bandra where top corporates and actors will play against each other over a period of 4 weeks
