Sri S.Jayaraman, retired DDG(E) of DDK, Bengaluru passed away on 3rd Sept 2017 at Bengaluru. He was suffering from the cancer of lungs. Engineering staff members of Prasar Bharati including senior retired officers settled in Bengaluru visited his home at paid tributes to the departed soul.
Prior to his last posting at DDK, he worked at SPT, AIR, Bengaluru, HPT, Goa and several other stations.
Sri Jayaraman was known for his meticulous work and sober nature. He contributed immensely to the upkeep of SPT, AIR, Bengaluru during its formative period in 90s.
