One of the youngest and talented Producer Prernaa Arora who jointly owns the ace production house KriArj Entertainment with her partner Arjun N Kapoor has just in a span of a year proved that she is here to make a mark in the Industry. The sharp minded producer Prernaa, whose last two ventures ‘Rustom’ and ‘Toilet Ek Prem Khatha’ has been a massive hit at the box-office is geared up with an interesting line up of projects from December 2018 onwards which are also some of the most- awaited films.
Apart from her zeal to make and support meaningful cinema, not many are aware that this young Producer has been working greatly for the welfare of the society. A source close to the producer informs that, Prernaa always wanted to do something for those in need, for the same she had helped acid attack survivors in collaboration with Hothur Foundation and a leading Bollywood magazine. Her efforts towards supporting and empowering the acid attack survivors recently were recognized by this magazine as they are hosting a grand event in St Regis Dubai and honoring Prernaa with a title of ‘Power Producer of the year’.
The award ceremony which takes place every year, is known to be recognizing, acknowledging and celebrating the success stories of Global Indian achievers. These awards celebrates the triumph of Indian excellence in varied filed like Sports, Media, Films, Fashion, Arts, Television etc.This year the grand event was attended by some of the biggies of Bollywood like Sonu Sood, Farah Khan, Neha Dhupia, Huma Qureshi, Grand Khali and many more. Interestingly, when Prerrnaa received her award from Sonu Sood, she also got a surprise performance by the comedian Sanket Bhosale who tried impressing the talented producer and the audience by imitating various known celebrities like Sanjay Dutt, Farhan Akhtar and many more. All and all it was a gala event with lots of entertainment and acknowledgments for the deserving.
