" Cleanliness is next to the Godliness" Swachhata Abhiyan at All India Radio Jeypore ( Koraput ), Odisha is being observed from 15th September onwards . Today Head of the Office Shri Asish Kumar Dey DDG ( E ) lead the team in cleanliness drive.. The AIR campus and the public road in front of the office were cleaned by more than 40 staff members cutting across the cadre and discipline..
It was a wonderful and nice experience participating in cleanliness campaign..
The drive will continue till Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October decided to be observed as Swachhata Divas ( Cleanliness Day).
It is not an One - Day affair, rather, it has been unanimously decided to dedicate one hour every month for the cleanliness of the AIR campus and the surrounding..
