Kross Pictures Announces the Hindi Remake of Korean Blockbuster Miracle in Cell No. 7, with Indian Film Studios and Director Umesh Shukla

MUMBAI; 30th May, 2017: Kross Pictures, the renowned international film production house, has signed an agreement to produce the official Hindi remake of Korean Blockbuster Miracle in Cell No. 7 in collaboration withIndian Film Studios.
A heartwarming comedy and family drama about a mentally challenged man wrongfully imprisoned for murder, who builds friendships with hardened criminals in his cell, and in return they reunite him with his daughter by smuggling her into the prison, is one of the top 6 highest grossing films in Korea, with a Global Box Office collection of over 500 crores (USD 80 Mn +).

The Hindi remake will be directed by Umesh Shukla whose previous works include successful films like Oh My God. He is currently directing 102 Not Out with Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor.
