The three-day workshop on "Reconciliation of Accounts" which started on Tuesday 18th July 2017 at RABM(P), Thiruvananthapuram, concluded today ie the 20th July 2017 Thursday. The Workshop was inaugurated by Shri. Radhakrishnan.S, ADP, RABM(P) who was the Course Coordinator of the Course.
20 UDCs and LDCs - belonging to various All India Radio Stations and Doordarshan Kendras in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala participated in the Workshop. Visiting Faculties dealt in detail with the topics such as Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger, Journal, Expenditure Register & Bank Reconciliation, Reconciliation with the PAO etc: Practical Exercises on Payments, Receipts & Reconciliation were conducted during the three days. The visiting faculty prepared question papers based on the subjects taught and the participants were made to solve the papers. Such test paper exercise served a lot in clearing the doubts in the minds of the participants and equipping them to handle the subjects with ease in their official life.
