Sweety was a female Dog at High Power Transmitter, Hadpsar Pune. She was loved and lived like a family member with the engineers at HPT. After the withdrawal of security guards from HPT, it was at times so lonely and frightening for just two engineers to be at transmitter, which spreads to a area of around 23 acres but presence of Sweety infused great courage in these engineers. The loyalty of Sweety touched hight as she fought with the deadly King Cobra in the HPT campus for more than 10 minutes. She had done so in past too and killed three large poisonous snakes, but this time, the luck had a different story and our Sweety died after giving a brave fight with the beast. The engineers at Transmitter felt so sad, they tried their best to save her, called a near by doctor too, which arrived in 20 minutes, but it was too late, and Sweey had expired.
Engineers at HPT AIR Pune have a feeling of great personal loss and will always remember the sacrifice of Sweety, their friend.
