Mumbai, November 2016: There is nothing more charming than the innocence of a child, which is absolutely true is the case of Mehmet Can from Little Lord. This Children’s Day watch and enjoy six-year old Mehmet’s mischievous antics as he strives to bring his separated parents back together. In the episode that airs at 7.30 pm on 14th November, viewers will get to see how Mehmet helps his neighbour Mahmut to adopt an abandoned baby.
In the episodes leading up to Children’s Day, Mehmet and his friends find an abandoned baby on the street which they handover to their neighbours Neriman and Mahmut. But the officials take away the baby from Mahmut as he does not get along with the children of neighbourhood. With the help of a police officer Nusret, Mehmet Can convinces the Managing Director of the Social Service Organization that Mahmut is a good person and loves children. Neriman and Mahmut thank Mehmet Can as they are now able to adopt the baby. What mischief will Mehmet get up to next?
Little Lord is a light-hearted Turkish drama which tells an endearing tale of a parent-child relationship through the lens of a six-year-old boy, Mehmet. He tries to solve big problems in his own way and tries to unite his ever-fighting parents by re-emphasising the importance of family. This unintentionally hilarious series has the potential of becoming people’s favourite after-work show.
