This week the battle gets more entertaining and intense as two of the greatest superstars of the film industry, Govinda and Rajinikanth fight it out on the small screen. From team Comedy Challengers, Govinda starrer ‘Partner’ will bat it out onSaturday, 21st April at 5PM while Rajinikanth’s ‘Robot’ will lead the team Action Warriors on Sunday, 22nd April at 2:30PM.
Partner stars Govinda, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Lara Dutta in lead roles. Prem (Salman Khan) likes to think he knows more about women than the average man. Growing up with six sisters made him more sensitive to the female psyche, and he's turned that experience into a successful career helping other men land the women of their dreams. One of his newest clients is Bhaskar (Govinda), who has fallen in love with his wealthy boss, Priya (Katrina Kaif). While helping Bhaskar, Prem develops feelings for Naina (Lara Dutta), a journalist who doubts his matchmaking skills. All hell breaks loose when Prem’s identity of being the love guru is revealed.
While ‘Robot’ is the story of Dr. Vasi (Rajinikanth) who has invented a super-powered robot named Chitti. He hopes that the scientific body, AIRD, approves the robot but all his dreams come crashing down when Chitti who in his own image, is declined. AIRD states that Chitti lacks human emotions and is incapable of making a rational judgement. But, a sudden flash of lightning changes everything. Chitti is now able to emote and express like a human. Chitti falls in love with Dr. Vasi's fiancée Sana (Aishwarya Rai) and this turns him against his creator. Will Chitti manage to eliminate Dr Vasi and win over Sana’s affections?
