Shivendra Verma,a welknown television producer,DDK Bhopal passed away on 29.01.2019. He was 50 years old and is survived by his wife and two children.He was admitted to hospital last week.
He joined Doordarshan Bhopal in 1992 , worked in Directorate,New Delhi and returned to DDK Bhopal in May 2018.
Verma was an educator,writer,filmmaker and was extremely prolific at multi camera live productions.He has produced more than 1000 live programmes including coverage of major events like Khajuraho Dance Festival and international sports.He was invited for guest lectures at leading educational institutes.
Prasar Bharati Parivar condoles the sad demise of Shri N. Mitra and prays for the peace of the departed soul.
