~PKSBE declares admissions open for 2018 intake ~
Mumbai, June 7th, 2018: The Prahlad Kakar School of Branding and Entrepreneurship - India’s most radical college aims to educate their students to be entrepreneurs rather than just "employees". A one of its kind institute with a cutting-edge academia that goes by the tagline of “Beyond Fear” offers a platform to young dreamers who aspire to become ethical, entrepreneurial, productive and socially conscious business leaders.
PKSBE’s academia essentially focuses on two courses. Ad Film-Making & Branding (1 year) course will help individuals to develop an independent thinking and learn about the technicalities of advertising and storytelling. The Fellowship in Business and Entrepreneurship (2 years) will cater to provide the students with, theoretical and practical knowledge which helps them develop capabilities for entrepreneurship (risk intelligence), decision making, crisis management, to name a few.
To enroll for either of the courses, the applicants must be above 18 years of age. They must assemble and prepare a variety of materials for the entrance exam that will help the institute assess their qualifications. The material includes:
Step 1: Essay
The essay is a statement of purpose which helps the institute to understand the candidate. This document requires the candidate to write in brief about the topics:
- Who are you?
- Why do you want to be part of PKSBE?
- What is that one fear you have that has followed you from your childhood?
-What is that one dream that you have never shared with anybody as you are afraid they would laugh at you?
Step 2: Pre-Interview
The qualified candidates from the essay round will have to undergo a pre-interview, which is a pre-screening process to understand the candidate through a telephonic interview with one of the directors of the core team.
Step3: Personal Interview:
The qualified candidate from the first two rounds will be accessed through a personal interview by members of the core team at PKSBE. Post this a final verdict would be announced on whether the candidate is eligible and accepted into the program.
