Shilpa Shetty's Magic moment at NBA!
The Orlando Magic celebrated the fifth consecutive annual India Day ahead of their game against the Atlanta Hawks.
Bollywood actor and entrepreneur, Shilpa Shetty, celebrated the exciting festivities with the team’s fans in Orlando and was later seen absolutely enthralled in the nail-biting game. NBA’s Orlando Magic presented a personalized Orlando Magic jersey to the Bollywood star, which she then tweeted about. The actor took to social media to express her excitement of experiencing the celebrations in Orlando. (Instagram, Twitter)The night featured entertainment by Bollywood Dance Mania and even the Orlando Magic Dancers performed a routine in traditional Bollywood style. Fans were also able to take part in fun events such as cultural dancing, saree draping, yoga and Indian cuisine tasting.
The Orlando Magic and Indian American Chamber of Commerce together to showcase Indian culture through dance, cuisine and a variety of other unique cultural activities. The celebrations were organized to honour the diverse fan base that has supported the team over the years. The Magic are well-known supporters of multicultural celebrations, having previously also celebrated the Noche Latina Night and Black History Month with several fan-based activities.
