Mrs. Kamlesh Pathak after serving AIR for about 36 years of service got retired on 31st January, 2018. During her tenure she served the Department with full dedication and honesty.
She left her teaching profession and joined All India Radio as Transmission Executive at AIR, Darbhanga. She worked with different capacities at various AIR stations like Chattarpur, Bhopal, Mumbai and Vividh Bharati Service (VBS), Borivali. During her tenure at VBS, she was instrumental in pioneering 'Sakhi Saheli' the most famous and widely listened female oriented programme of Vividh Bharati.
After working in production wing she also worked in Commercial Units of CBS and CSU where she used to handle the responsible task of coordinating with Advertisement Agencies, Clients, CRD's and CBS spread across the nation.
At the farewell ceremony Mrs. Renu Chaturvedi, ADP, Mr. S.V.Kamble, AO, Mr. Pardeep Kumar, PEX(Co), Mr C. Nagarkar, and staff members of CSU, AIR, Mumbai were present. All members of Central Sales Unit, AIR, Mumbai wishes her happy, prosperous and healthy life after retirement.
