On the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a Health and Wellness Centre, in the aspirational district of Bijapur in Chhattisgarh, to mark the launch of the Union Government's ambitious Health Assurance Programme – Ayushman Bharat.
The Prime Minister has urged the citizens of the nation to suggest a name for these Health and Wellness Centres – a name by which these centres will be known to the common man.
