Shri. Shashi S. Vempati, CEO, Prasar Bharati visited All India Radio Bengaluru on 04th January 2019. He met with Heads of All India Radio and Doordarshan, Bengaluru. CEO reviewed Ragam channel and social media networking and its use and impact on current generation. He also stressed monetization of YouTube and its uses. G. K. Raveendrakumar, SD/HOP and Dr. N. Raghu, ADP of AIR Bangalore discussed about various aspects of Vivvidha Bharati and FM Rainbow channels. 
A. Hanumanthu, HOO/DDG(E), AIR discussed about Ragam channel transmission and its reach. Anilkumar Mangalagi, DDG, CRD and Dr. D. Padmavathy, ADP, CRD and B. P. Somashekhar, ME, CRD discussed about BATS system and its merits and demerits with example. Madhav Reddy, DDG/HOO, Smt. Usha Kini, HOP, DDK, T.B. Nanjundaswamy, Dy. Director(News), Smt. Pallavi Chinya, Director(News) were also present the meeting.
