Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza has seen many notable names from Bollywood and television gracing the stage and showcasing their funny side. But this time around, the show will see the heroes of India- – Jwala Gutta, Sushil Kumar, Devendra Jhajharia and Dipa Karmakar who have etched their names in the Indian Olympic history getting on a hilarious ride.
Putting aside their steely resolve, the Olympians will tickle everyone’s funny bone by enacting a scene from a daily soap. While Sushil Kumar will be seen in Babuji’s avatar and Jwala as Maa, Devendra will become their beta and Dipa his nayi dulhan. Recreating a typical daily soap scenario, Devendra will displease his parents Jwala and Sushil by getting married to Dipa . Sushil and Jwala will make overdramatic gestures expressing their displeasure about the couple’s marriage. Bharti Singh, as a “bevada aadmi”, will be seen comparing herself to the Olympians and demanding for a medal for her achievements as a “Juwari”. Karan Wahi and Bharti will be seen taking a dig at Sushil Kumar’s stint in the reality show Roadies. Krushna Abhishek and Sudesh Lehri, on the other hand, will be seen as school kids who will pass comments at Jwala and Mona saying, “Jwala Gutta , itni sundar hokar badminton khelti ho, aur yahan mona ka confidence dekho, “aisa muh hone ke baad bhi TV par host bani ghoom rahi hai”.
Taking the humor quotient a notch higher, Balraj and Mubeen will scout for a perfect match for Nia and will ask her to choose between Devendra and Sushil. Mubin will be seen giving Nia reasons to not marry either of them which will have everyone in stitches. All this and much more will make Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza a laughter ride.
