The Guest house facility was available earlier at this office but due to structural damage, it was in dilapidated state for around 8 to 9 years. The renovation of guest rooms has been carried out from IEBR fund through ADG (E) office and civil construction wing has carried out the repairing /renovation work very nicely. Now after renovation, the guest rooms will have one VVIP room, one VIP room, one normal room and one dormitory of 4 persons are available.

The Guest House was inaugurated at the hands of Shri.C.K.Omprakash, Deputy Director General (HPT), AIR,Bambolim in the presence of Shri,D.K.Sudame Deputy Director(E) and Head of Office of AIR,Panaji, Shri.Sidhhartha Meshram, Assistant Director (P) and Head of Programme and Shr.V.G.Khedaekar, Assistant Director (E) were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri.C.K.Omprakash, said the Guest house would cater to the accommodation needs of the employees of Prasar Bharati during their visit to Goa. He complimented the efforts of all concerned to finish the guest house project effectively in time. Stressing the need for proper maintenance of the guest house, he called upon all the employees to maintain the guest house always neat and tidy condition.
The Deputy Director(E) and Head of Office of AIR,Panaji, Shri,D.K.Sudame informed that preference will be given to Prasar Bharati employees in the allotment of guest house on first come first served basis.
