~ Sasural Simar Ka, Udann and Karmphal Data Shani to feature Mahashivratri special episodes ~
COLORS is all set to take its viewers down a spiritual path this Mahashivratri with special storylines integrated in its popular shows Sasural Simar Ka, Udann and Karmphal Data Shani. The shows will observe Mahashivratri through interesting highpoints that will make the celebration special for the audiences.
In Sasural Simar Ka, Mahashivratri will see Anjali (Vaishali Takkar) being challenged by Tai (Shweta Gautam) who will make her go through various tests and ask her to perform the rituals of Shiv puja without any shortcomings. On the other hand, the Bhardwaj family will demand Piyush (Varun Sharma) and Roshni (Nikki Sharma) to perform the ceremonies of Mahashivratri puja as a couple. But to Roshni’s disappointment, Piyush will leave the rituals mid-way for the sake of his love, Vaidehi (Kajol Srivastava).
In Udann, the Mahashivratri special track will see Chakor (Meera Deosthale) fasting to seek blessings from Lord Shiva for her husband Sooraj’s (Vijayendra Kumeria) wellbeing. But Kamalnarayan (Sai Ballal) interferes in her plans and challenges Sooraj to a game of kabaddi with 7 other players. To sweeten the deal, Kamalnarayan promises to reward Sooraj with a pair of fresh clothes as a prize if he wins the game. As the game kicks off, an anxious Chakor prays before Lord Shiva for Sooraj’s victory.
And, in Karmphal Data Shani, we will see Lord Shiva (Tarun Khanna) consumed by rage, wages a war against Lord Shani (Kartikey Malviye) to combat the latter’s decision to bring down Devlok as revenge for his mother’s death. A furious Lord Shiva, enraged by Shani’s decision, sends many warriors including Nandi (Sameer Khan Boxer) to humble Shani Dev. However, Shani manages to emerge victorious over them all. Meanwhile Lord Shiva’s fury will lead to the awakening of his third eye as he battles Shani dev to restore peace in the world.
