Shri M.Sivaprakasam joined as Investigator in the Audience Research Unit,AIR Chennai on 09.05.1984 and joined as PEX,on selection by the UPSC,at AIR Tiruchi on 09.11.1988.He made significant contributions in conceptualising innovative ideas in programmes under YUVA VANI,Feature & People Forum.It is worth to mention that his broadcasts at AIR Puducherry,when cyclone hit the area during the year 2011,were appreciated by the then D.G.and he was duly issued with a Commendation Certificate.
He had served in various stations like Markapuram in Andhra Pradesh,Puducherry,Tuticorin,Tirunelveli and finally at CBS,AIR Chennai.He has also served in various capacities like DDO,Programme Head and Head of Office.
