The Land Tour Package prices are quoted per person basis with PRIVATE vehicle and experience English Speaking Tour Guide. No Seat in Coach service is available.
While the Hotel Rates are per room per night include American Breakfast for either SGL or Twin occupancy.
The Package prices are separated with the Hotel Room rates. All Prices Quoted are NETT, Non commissionable.

booking only. Both Land arrangement and hotel room booking should be made together via Exotic Bali Destination.
* Land arrangement Prices are valid except Mid Night arrival & Departure transfer and Early Morning Arrival & Departure transfer. Otherwise surcharge will be applicable.
* Hotel rates are net, Per room per night, Non commissionable. Appropriate mark-up should be made from your end for your company profit margin.
* No Accommodation booking only permitted, and No Land Arrangement booking only permitted, Otherwise additional charge of US$ 20.00 for the bank
transfer fee applied, due to a very low profit margin if only for partial booking made.
* All Prices quoted will be in USD only and they are subject to change without notice depending on exchange rate fluctuation.
* Airport Transfer & Tours would be on private basis only. No seat in coach available as we always concern with the guests PRIVACY and best quality service.
* High Season of the hotels mostly from July till August and the Peak Season mostly from 22 DEC till 5 January. Hotels apply high and peak season surcharge
on those periods. The High / peak season surcharge base on per night basis.
* Clients must overstay on 31 Dec, No check in and no check out on 31 DEC.
* It is Compulsory to take New Year Eve Gala Dinner who stay over 31 DEC.
* Flight Arrival time after 23.00pm will be an additional charge of US$ 3.50 per pax, minimum 2 pax travelling together.
* Actual Transfer out to Airport from hotel after 23.00pm will be an additional charge of US$ 3.50 per pax, minimum 2 pax travelling together.
* Early arrival or Early Departure before 6.30am will be an additional charge of US$ 3.50 per pax, minimum 2 pax travelling together.
* Full Non Refundable prepayment for the Accommodation charge during High and peak Season applied.

* Any request of King size bed or Twin bed, rooms are near to each other in case of 2 or more rooms booking in the same hotel is subject to hotel

* EXOTIC BALI Destination reserves the right to make any changes to the rates / prices set out at any time due to any changes in, or imposition of Government charges, taxes or levies.

Re : COMPLIMENTARY & ROOM UPGRADE Policy ( for GROUP ).
A group of 16 paying adults to stay in 3 or 4 star hotels will be provided 1 (one) Tour Leader complimentary in Half Twin share. However in a 5 star hotels, a group of minimum 22 paying adults will be provided half twin share complimentary for the Tour Leader. Maximum complimentary would be 4 adults per group movement on twin sharing basis, no matter how big the group is. One Room upgrade for VIP / Group Leader can be made for a minimum of 20 paying rooms and it is subject to room availability.
Re : BOOKING & CONFIRMATION, ROOMING LIST and FLIGHT DETAILS.
Price requirement and Booking should be made via email only and our team will attend every single request via email. Confirmation of booking will also be made via email. Land Tour Packages and update prices etc….. should be carefully checked prior to proceed your final booking.
Re : INVOICE and BANK DETAILS.
Bank Details will only be mentioned on our Invoice once the booking is confirmed. Payment terms will be mentioned on our confirmation as well as on the invoice
Re : BOOKING TERMS, CANCELLATION, PAYMENT METHOD for both FIT & GIT.
Booking should be made on a suitable period of times for us to follow up. Amendment and Cancellation can be made prior to payment / down payment release date.
No show of guests will be charged in full for the room however 25% charge for the Land Arrangement cost.
Payment / Down Payment should be made prior to release date of the booking set by the hotel.
Either low and high season, Payment should be made prior to Individual guests / group check in to hotel. The release date of payment and other terms of amendment, cancellation and no show policy will be mentioned on our booking confirmation via email for your kind perusal and for your further Important follow up. All the booking details, release date of payment will always be mentioned on our invoice for your payment schedule to finalize.
Re : FIT BOOKING PAYMENT.
* For FIT / Individual booking / couple of guests of payment, It should be fully made via BANK TRANSFER and should reach into our Bank Account prior
to release date of the booking.
* Just in case of only Land Tour Arrangement to book, with the maximum cost of US$ 500.00, The payment can be made fully in Cash on arrival and to be
delivered via the client in a sealed envelope to avoid bank transfer fee in our both side. However “Ticket copy, Guarantee Letter and Statement “ for cash
payment collection should be sent to us from your side on your company letter head to be signed and stamped.
* Payment can also be made via WESTERN UNION or MONEYGRAM. The USD amount in the invoice should be converted into Indonesian Rupiah Currency to
be able to transfer from your side and to be collected in Indonesian Rupiah only. The valid exchange rate will only be advised to you once you decide
to transfer your payment via WESTERN UNION or via MONEY GRAM along with other details.
* Payment can be made by Credit Card. Details is stated below.
Re : Payment by CREDIT CARDS (FASPAY ONLINE Payment system).
* Instead of Bank Transfer payment, We are now ACCEPTING Payment by CREDIT CARDS : MASTER / VISA / JCB, using the FASPAY ONLINE Payment system, for quicker payment.
* ONLINE INVOICE will be prepared if You are going to settle our Invoice via FASPAY ONLINE system.
* Please advise me of your Payment method to choose. Invoice will be prepared accordingly. Otherwise offline Invoice will be prepared.
* Maximum amount agreed for payment using this FASPAY ONLINE system is not more than USD 1100.00, otherwise 2,6% will be charged after the limit.
* The Total invoice in USD will be converted into IDR (Indonesian Rupiah currency) as the regulation from our government. Conversion is based on our Indonesian Bank exchange rate at the time of invoicing.
* Invoice will be sent to you via email mentioning the amount in IDR after conversion using the FASPAY ONLINE system.
* Payment must be made prior to or one day before the release date mentioned on the ONLINE invoice. Otherwise your payment will be automatically rejected by the system.
* Working on this system, You must be always connected to the Internet.
Re : GROUP BOOKING PAYMENT.
For a GROUP booking, Down payment of at least 70% from the total invoice should be made in due date / prior to release date of the group booking payment. While Balance can be fully made in cash on arrival by your company Tour Leader. Cash payment on arrival should beunder government & Indonesian Bank regulations with minimum value USD 50 per note.
Failure doing such required down payment in due date, The hotel would not be able to hold our group booking and it will be released automatically without notice. Payment by Credit card is not accepted.
Re : REFUND POLICY
** There are no refunds for unutilized services of hotel accommodation, however we can discuss or speak to the hotels/suppliers if cancellations are made due to
real reasons such as death / illness of the clients. But this will be subject to hotels/suppliers discretion.
** There are no refunds for unutilized services of Land arrangement especially for the meals cancellation / activities reservation (Spa / Rafting / Golf / day Cruise /
dinner Cruise / Water sport / marine safari park visit, zoo park visit, Cruise / ferry tickets, transportation etc and or the like, with last minute cancellation notice. ** Other arrangements to cancel will be on negotiation of refund as long as with an acceptable reason for not utilizing the package arrangement by the clients.
** Any refunds must be based on written authorization from EXOTIC BALI Destinatio
Re : HOTEL & TOUR VOUCHERS.
It will only be sent to you once the payment of the booking is done from your side. Voucher will not be issued should there be no any payment received. Client names and flight details is required.
Re : GUARANTEE LETTER.
On the event of delay of payment, or on a certain case only, A Guarantee Letter can be issued from your side once it is agreed from our company along with customers' copy of Air tickets to be sent to Exotic Bali Destination. The Guarantee Letter should be on your company letter head, valid authorized signature and the company stamp.
Re : PASSPORT.
Passport validity should be minimum 6 months from the travel departure date, please check the clients' passports before issuing the tickets. Any cancellation on last minute as clients can’t be travelling because of passport validity / problem, A cancellation charge will be applied.
Certain nationalities should apply entry visa in the nearest Indonesia Embassy / Indonesia Consular General prior to leaving for Indonesia. Please email us, if a “Sponsorship Letter” / Invitation letter is required for visa application supporting document.
VISA FREE FACILITY
ASEAN NATIONALITIES, INDIAN, NEPALESE, SRILANKAN, BANGLADESH Nationality are now eligible to enter INDONESIA without a visa for 30 days stay.
** Passengers should have a valid passport for a minimum of 6 months, and they should have return ticket or a ticket to fly to next destination.
** Visiting Indonesia merely for tourist purposes, visiting families, social, art and culture purpose, attending seminar / conferences, overnight stay for
departing to next destination.
** The visa free facility does not allow the change into other permits or visa extension.
** In case of force majeure, accident, or sickness, the visa is extendable after obtaining approval from Director General of Immigration.
** The visa is neither transferable nor convertible to any different kind of visa. This information above is subject to change without notice
** The Visa Free Facility will not be provided for any Journalistic purpose. However pre-application for it should be made to our Indonesia Embassy or to our
