SYYBOL launches I CELEBRATE MY BODY Video on Women’s Day

Mumbai, March 08, 2017: Syybol, name derived from systematic Bollywood, a full body workout that incorporates fun and fitness, launches I CELEBRATE MY BODY; an initiative on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The aim behind this initiative is to empower women to be fit and cherish their bodies.  A video showing celebrating real life women will be released online on this occasion.
The video ‘I CELEBRATE MY BODY’ emphasizes that fitness is for everyone and for every type of body. Fitness is a way to help thrive and energize everyday living- to stay healthy, run a race, walk up a few steps without losing breath.  Let fitness not be an unrealistic burden, but a joyful discovery of what one’s body can do better.
Ms. Manisha Kansra Kapoor, Co-Founder, Syybol commented on the occasion, “There is a growing stereotype of fitness in the industry today- what fit bodies look like or are supposed to look like. Unfortunately much of the imagery that is splashed in media is not realistic. This leads to a feeling of under-achievement even by people who take reasonable steps to remain fit. It breeds insecurity, body shaming and low self-esteem. We at Syybol would like to start a new discourse of fitness that is inclusive and real; by showcasing how women on a fitness journey actually look, and what they do.  ‘I CELEBRATE MY BODY’ is one such initiative by Sybbol which encourages women to look at fitness as a way to love their body, not be ashamed of it.
Mr Ashraf Sayed, co-founder, Syybol adds- “Whether it is a walk in the park, whether it is a bit of yoga, or even dancing at home- all these are ways to take care of the body and make it fitter and stronger and we should feel proud of these efforts. Let fitness not be an unrealistic burden, but a joyful discovery of what the body can do better.  Come let’s begin celebrating our bodies, and look at fitness from a view of empowerment and feeling good about ourselves”
Syybol gives your daily workout a different perspective. It believes in the inherent enjoyment of the workout by rest and restore mechanism leaving the person attaining fitness ‘high’. It is a 45 minute dance based workout based on specifically designed principles of fitness, using LOCAL music and FAMILIAR dance moves, not imported unfamiliar body movements. Dance exercises positively impacts mental wellness beyond physical fitness.
