Shri R. Sampath, MTS, AIR, Chennai is retiring on superannuation on 31.03.2017. Shri Sampath joined the Indian Army on 22nd March, 1975. Ater two years of rigorous training at Bengaluru, he was posted as a Sepoy at Alwar, Rajasthan. In his service as a Sepoy spanning 15 years ( from 22.03.1975 to 31.03.1990), he has worked in various places like Assam, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh & Ladak.
He joined as Security Guard at AIR Chennai on 17th June 1992 and became an MTS on 21st June, 2011. He was a sincere official and carried out his duties in a dedicated manner.
