Kangana Ranaut is a powerhouse of talent and she has proved her mettle time and again. The three time National Award winning actor has several accolades to her credit. This time she has one more feather on her crown. In the latest list of 100 Most Powerful Indians released by Indian Express, the Rangoon actor has been placed at 85th position.
She's only proceeded by Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in the list. In fact, she has left behind biggies like Karan Johar ,Salman Khan,Priyanka chopra as they're ranked at 87,89,90 rank respectively.
This ranking is further validation of her stronghold in the industry along with the Khans. The only other female actor to feature in the list is Priyanka Chopra who is at 90th rank. Further reteirating her entry in the list, Indian Express wrote, "This three-time National Award winner has remained in the news for her witty retorts and
indomitable spirit, taking on Bollywood’s powerful camps. In her very public spat with Hrithik Roshan, she rarely flinched."
They further wrote, "Her sharp take on Karan Johar's show about the “movie mafia”. Her stand on pay parity ensured she received the same remuneration as her male co-stars in Rangoon."
