Barbeque Nation will welcome guests with summer coolers like Chaas, Jaljeera, Panakam etc.
Gourmands can beat the heat with sweet-savory Watermelon Mint Gazpacho – a cold soup. Chicken lovers can enjoy Lemon Coriander Chicken Soup- a classic clear chicken soup with freshness of coriander and tangy lemon flavor.
Guests can begin their meal with an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters. Vegetarians can enjoy Fresh Fruit Skewer- fresh fruits grilled on smoky hot coals, Kokam Wale Mushrooms- a blend of tangy Kokam and Mushrooms, Veg Kebab with Chia Salsa- a must try combination. Non-vegetarians can relish Italian Pineapple Chicken- Italian style marinated chicken with tangy pineapple, Coconut Fish, and Angara Tangdi- chicken drumstick, marinated in hung curd with spices and grilled to perfection.
The main course will consist of dishes like Coconut Kofta Curry- coconut and paneer dumplings cooked in onion and tomato gravy, Gatta Kadhi- a Rajasthani delight along with Dal Methi Tadka and Rice. Non-Vegetarians can satiate their meat cravings with Laal Maas- a spicy Rajasthani mutton curry, Yellow Thai Curry and Chicken Kashmiri Pulao- pulao with a twist of fresh berries, available this summer.
To add in some flavor, Barbeque Nation’s got live counters, which will serve your favorite Ice Gola with flavors of your choice. Barbeque Nation for the first time introduces Kanji Wada- a cooling summer drink. Barbeque Nation has added three new flavours to its Kulfi counter, specially for the summer–Guava Chilly Kulfi, Jamun Kulfi and Mango Mint Kulfi.
For dessert lovers, Barbeque Nation will offer Coconut Raspberry Mousse, Chocolate Mint Brownie and Chocolate Chilly Tart.
