Shri Mukunda Pradhan, Asst. Engineer, DDMC, Sambalpur retires on superannuation on 30.11.2019. Shri Pradhan had joined as Engg. Asst. at All India Radio,Shillong on 03.10.1983.He has served at AIR Shillong,AIR Jeypore as E.A. and S.E.A. and after getting promotion from 30.03.1993 has served as Asst. Engineer in Doordarshan. During his carrier in Doordarshan he has served at LPT Anandpur, Bargarh, Sohela and DDMC Sambalpur till the retirement. During his 36 years of service carrier in this department he had worked in various radio studios, 1 KW, 20 KW and 100 KW radio transmitters and 100 W, and 500 W VHF and UHF transmitters. He has also worked as installation officer of various low power transmitters projects under east zone.
Prasar Bharati parivar wishes him a healthy and peaceful retire life.
