About the artist-
Hailing from Jammu, Sumit is a graduate in Music from Institute of Music and Fine Arts, Jammu. He continues with his education from Mumbai University under the course Masters in Music. He was amongst the 'Top 5' contestants in 'Bharat Ki Shaan' Season 2 judged by Usha Uthup and Ismail Darbar. He was amongst the 'Top 3' contestants in Benadryl Big Golden Voice judged by Shankar Mahadevan. Sumit has done numerous shows in J&K and other parts of the country. Sumit has been learning music since childhood from his Guru 'Mr. Suraj Singh'.
