Royal Wedding: Sparking Heirloom Jewellery and Wedding Plans

The excitement level is rising as the world is coming to see another British Royal heir tying the knot. From Princess Diana to Kate Middleton and now Meghan Markle, the most awaited wedding of the year is set to be a truly spectacular affair and royal fanatics across the world can’t wait for the celebrations to start. The royal couple will be taking sealing their real and rare love with their wedding vows at St George's Chapel on the 19th of May.
This is no surprise that Prince himself designed the engagement ring for the fiancée and had it crafted by British jewellers Cleave and Company, who are the jewellers to Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. Meghan’s ring is not only gorgeous but incredibly valuable as it has special sentiments attached to it. The ring is yellow gold as that is Markle's favourite and the main stone is sourced specially from Botswana. The little diamonds on the side are from Princess Diana’s personal collection to make sure that she's a part of their special journey.
Meghan Markle’s style is all about mixing classic grown-up pieces with delicate boho trinkets and fun flourishes and she’s already rocking designer diamonds! Her sister Duchess Catherine prefers sapphires, diamonds and pearls and often flaunts for her grandmother-in-law’s iconic collection.

It is highly expected that the bride-to-be will be wearing the Garrard-produced Lover’s Knot Tiara, a favourite of Princess Diana. The tiara is a 19 pearl drops along with the brilliant rose-cut diamonds and the name comes from the diamond “lover’s knot” bows above each pearl.
Markle has a wide circle of high profile friends. There have been speculations that stylist, Jessica Mulroney is her maid of honour. Much to our surprise, there are rumours of Priyanka Chopra to be in list of Princess’ Bridesmaid.
With that said, the wedding watch is officially on, all you can do is sit back and wait for the big day to arrive.
