He joined as a Driver on 19.08.1985 at DDK, Cuttack, Shri Madhusudan Soy was transferred to DDK, Bhubaneswar in the month of November 1992 when the Kendra shifted from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar. Since then he has served DDK, Bhubaneswar till his retirement . He has a service career of 34 years 09 months. During this period, he has performed his work satisfactorily in many events of the Kendra like Car Festivals of Puri, Super Cyclone of 1999, Crop Seminars organised at different places of the State, Sports events etc. He was promoted to the post of Driver (Special Grade) on 01.05.2019 . He has represented the Kendra in many Carom Competitions . He is a soft spoken, disciplined and quite punctual employee of the organisation.
