Mumbai. 15 th December 2016: eSense today marked World Disabled day by facilitating e-learning for mentally challenged children through Suhit Jeevan Trust in Pen district of Raigad which runs ‘Sumangal School, Eklavya Vocational Training Centre for Mentally & Multiple Challenged children’
“ With the help of e-learning tools special kids would be able to learn, acquire and generalize cognitive, communication, social as well as generic skills in their real lives. Through audio –visuals aids they would be able to learn with lot of interest. The teaching –learning process would be more effective and powerful for these kids”, said Mr. Amit Gala, CEO of eSense learning Private Limited
Addressing a seminar at the school on parent motivation and awareness, Mr. Amit Gala said, “Today I am very happy to be amongst you since you refreshed my school time memories. Also, I would like to thank Suhit Jeevan Trust for giving me the honor as a chief guest. I am thankful to Dr. Surekha Patil from Suhit Jeevan trust, that she gave me the opportunity to donate e-learning equipment and be part of this good cause and spread smile on faces of these special children.’’

The trust has started ‘Sumangal School, Eklavya Vocational Training Centre for Mentally & Multiple Challenged children’ recognized by State Government. It has also started Light House Special Teacher’s Training Centre recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi. Presently the school has been imparting knowledge to more than 100 students.
