Dedicated AIR staff braves land slides, remove trees from road and march ahead to maintain FM transmitter situated at distant Sinhgad Fort at Pune.
Sharad Desai AE, Sandeep Biwalkar, EA and MM Shaikh, Driver personally removed the tree branches and moved on. The Door/gate of Sinhgad was locked they got it opened from the Dy.Sarpanch Amol Padher. Now he has kept the keys with Doordarshan Gate keeper. सो नो problem now. They even contacted Range officer Mr. Pawar. He assured them of all the help. PB parivar salutes the spirit of such staff.
During this period of crisis, just like doctors, police staff and cleanliness crew our staff from different stations are also rendering sincere efforts so that the AIR must go on.
