As a Psychologist I would like to give free help to combat these lockdown for our health. Any thing you feel and comes to your mind for the fear and independence of yours in these coming 21 days. Let us talk upon that.
Will suggest to utilise these 21 days and and try to make a new habit,isn't it?
Just stay calm, spend time with loved ones, pray, practise yoga and meditation, play indoor games, do activity scheduling, watch movies and series!
These days do whatever makes you feel happy. Just don't panic.
