Smt. Dharmadhikari joined AIR Pune as Technician on 14th June, 1986. More than 34 years of her service tenure she served AIR Aurangabad and AIR Kolhapur apart from AIR Pune. In 1991 she became Senior Technician and in 2006 she became Engineering Assistant. In Sr. Tech to EA departmental exam she had achieved first rank.
Smt. Dharmadhikari will be remembered as very Sober and soft spoken person, with an impeccable integrity. The commitment, dedication, simple and positive approach in dealing, ever smiling face have been inspired us. She will be also remembered for her amiable behaviour & leading role in socio-cultural activities, perseverance & devotion to duty. She has given almost 35 years of her prime life to the organization & her contribution helped AIR organization particularly AIR Pune. She always maintained the best relationship with subordinates and everyone relished working with her. Her technical expertise is well acclaimed. Her sternness and clear ideas have helped tremendously in improving the working environment. she always kept a low profile. She maintained friendly relations with one and all which helped creating a very cordial atmosphere at the work place. Her calm, quite but efficient presence at the workplace had been always admired.
Shubha madam, we're really going to miss you! Hope you'll enjoy every minute of your retirement. Best wishes!
