Balaji Prabhugaonker former AD (News), AIR Pune was felicitated at the hands of shri Anant Shet,Speaker Goa state legislative Assembly in the distinguished presence of Chief Minister Shri Laxmikant Parseker and forests Minister Shri Rajendra Arleker for having contributed in bringing out the first book on vidhan sabha kaamkaaj margadarshika in konkani language at a function held in Panaji on 12.12.2016.
