Former Video Executive of DDK, Bhubaneswar and an eminent cinematographer & Producer Shri Ashok Kumar Swain received the prestigious Jaydev Samman, the highest award in films for lifetime achievement and contribution to Odia Film industry in Bhubaneswar on 19.12.2016. Shri Swain has worked in more than 27 films, telefilms and documentaries on state's handicraft, tourism,religion,health and tribal communities over the last four decades.
