Unlike the classic Indian brides, Kishwer Merchant being the ‘ready to be different’ bride-to-be looked for outfits that were a fusion of the contemporary and desi. She visited KALKI a month before the function, the brand’s head designer NJ understood her requirements and customized her outfits according to her taste and style.
She wore green off shoulder top brocade top with bell sleeve along with drape dhoti pants made of pure satin. The ensemble was traditional with a twist as Kishwer wanted to look ‘the breakaway bride’ at her mehendi function. Known for her vivacious fashion sense, Kishwer paired the fusion outfit with sea green aviators and matching flower jewelry. What a perfect style statement indeed
